Zurich Solutions - Summary Of Cover |
BUILDINGS (if selected) |

Home Solutions will insure the buildings of the home (which includes garages, outbuildings, fixtures and fittings, patios, terraces, sunken swimming pools, hard tennis courts, ornamental ponds, fountains, septic tanks, central heating fuel tanks, paths, drives, walls, gates, fences, railings and lamp posts) against loss or damage caused by: |

• Fire, explosion, lightning or earthquake |
|
|
• Smoke |
|
|
• Riot and malicious acts |
|
|
• Storm or flood (but not gates, fences or railings) |
|
|
• Subsidence, heave or landslip |
|
|
• Escape of water from pipes and tanks |
|
|
• Escape of oil from pipes and tanks |
|
|
• Theft including damage due to break in |
|
|
• Falling trees |
|
|
• Impact |
|
|
• Aerial breakage or collapse. |
|
In addition, we will pay for: |
|
|
|
• Temporary accommodation and rent lost (up to 20% of sum insured) |
|
|
• Architects', surveyors' and other professional fees |
|
|
• Demolition and site clearance costs |
|
|
• Any costs to comply with local authority requirements |
|
|
• Accidental breakage of fixed sanitary ware and fixed glass, including double glazing |
|
|
• Accidental damage to drain inspection covers, cables or underground pipes |
|
|
• Property owners' liabilities up to £2,000,000 each claim |

|
• Stolen keys (up to £250) to replace locks. |
